Overview
The 2012 season at Shakespeare & Company is the 35th in the Company’s history, and under new artistic leadership. The goal with this season’s overall image was to capture the concepts of “Revolution and Rebellion” in the marketing.
Challenge
We wanted to bring a fresh, graphic element into the season without radically transforming the solid, effective and well-established visual rules of this brand.
Solution
Picking up on the concept of Revolution, Creative Director Kevin Sprague introduced a bold, slashing visual color overlay into the brand standards for 2012. This color element provided a visually consistent element across media and provided a bold expression of the energy and intention that the new leadership is bringing to the Company.
