The Berkshire Visitor’s Bureau (BVB) is charged with marketing the entire region. The annual guide is among their most important publications and is distributed to thousands of locations and mailed directly to inquiries.

Challenge
The guide is a comprehensive publication of the hundreds of member organizations as well as informational resources for visitors. Producing this required strict version control, a high degree of accuracy, and major file management.

Solution
Drawing on our years of experience in handling long-format production we coordinated an interactive PDF-driven workflow with the client as well as a templated system of pages. The 148-page guide was delivered accurately, on-time, color-correct and ready to print.
