MARIANNE HAGAN stars in the lead role of KATIE. Marianne has a recurring role on the NBC show, ED, and can be seen in the upcoming film PERFUME, alongside Jeff Goldblum and Kirstie Allie. Marianne’s film credits include starring roles in Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers and the independent hit, I Think I Do. She also has appeared on Friends, Law & Order and Homicide. A winner of both the Drama-Logue and LA Weekly Theatre Awards, Marianne is an active member of the New York-based theatre troupe, Urban Empire. MIKE DOOLY plays Katie’s dutiful cameraman, SPIDER. Mike was recently featured in Sandra Bullock’s 28 Days was a guest star on the popular HBO series Sex in the City, as well as Law & Order. He recently wrapped a recurring double role on One Life to Live. DAVE GIBBS plays the role of the lovable cad, JED. Dave has appeared on numerous television shows, including Seinfeld, Beverly Hills 90210, and many soap operas. His film credits include a co-starring role in Lawnmower Man II. PAUL BARTEL plays Katie’s dad, Lou. Paul, who passed away last year, was a true legend in the world of independent film. In addition to dozens of credits as an actor, director and writer, he is known world-wide for his critically acclaimed film Eating Raoul, which he wrote, directed and starred in. DINNER AND A MOVIE was Paul’s final performance. ANITA GILLETTE plays Katie’s mom, HEDDIE. A true legend of both stage and screen, Anita has decades of experience in film, television and Broadway. Her Broadway roles include a Tony nomination for Chapter Two and long runs in Showboat, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Cabaret, among others. Her film work includes Moonstruck and Boys on the Side. BARBARA GULAN plays the ambitious TV producer, ARLENE. Barbara recently completed a residency at the O’Neill Theatre. Last season, she had a recurring role on the award-winning HBO series The Sopranos. She has made guest appeared on Spin City, and on Law & Order.
